Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Carice Prints, you agree to the terms below. These terms do not
affect your statutory rights.

All products are handmade and individually printed. Slight variations in colour, pattern
placement, and finish may occur - this is a natural and valued characteristic of handmade work, not a fault.

Product descriptions online including images, and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings.


Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Pound Sterling (£). Payment is securely processed via Stripe or
PayPal. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has fully cleared.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.


Order Processing & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated (e.g., made-to-order designs).

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. You will be notified when your
order has been dispatched.

In accordance with Royal Mail guidelines, deliveries are not classed as lost until 15 working days after dispatch.

Any customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase; however, if you need to return an item:

  • Return request must be made within 3 working days of receiving the item

  • Return must be made within 30 days of the order date

Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we will refund to the original
payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or
incorrect.

For your protection, please obtain proof of postage. Lost return parcels remain the
customer’s responsibility.

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Cut fabrics (linen, cottons, bamboo, etc.)

  • Bespoke/custom-made items

  • Seconds or sample sale products

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

If your order arrives damaged: Contact us immediately and provide photographs of both
packaging and product. We will follow up quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, including return postage if necessary.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods.

Refunds will be processed once items are returned in original resale condition.


Workshop Cancellations

  • Cancel within 14 days of booking → full refund

  • After 14 days → non-refundable

  • In cases like illness, we will try to fill your space - if successful, we will offer a refund or a transfer to a future workshop


Intellectual Property

All artwork, prints, designs, logos, photos, and written content on this website are the
exclusive property of Carice Prints. They must not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not give you rights to reproduce the design.


Care Instructions

All products should be cared for according to the instructions provided. Carice Prints is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care or handling.


Privacy & GDPR

We take your data privacy seriously.

Personal data (such as name, email, address) is collected solely to:

  • Process and deliver your order

  • Contact you about your order if needed

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, Sum Up, Apple Pay - we do nothold your card details.

You may contact us anytime to request amendments or deletion of your stored personal
data.


Right to Cancel Orders

If we discover an error with pricing, product description, or stock, we may cancel an order.

You will be notified by email or phone and refunded in full immediately.
